Management
For new clients we always start out by doing an IT revision, where we research and catalog all functions and systems within the client's IT environment. The IT revision is the base for finding out what works well, what must be improved and what benefits could be gained from the right investments.
Together with you we create a policy for the IT environment and how it should be managed. The policy includes running activities, user computer specifications and configurations, management of servers for email, web, applications etc., backup routines, investment plans and routines for organizational changes such as recruitments, expansions and introduction of new systems. Another extremely important part of the policy is IT security, which is always a high-focus area.
Operation
We maintain servers, firewalls, printers, networks, enterprise systems, user computers and everything else in your IT environment. Our comprehensive monitoring system gives us early warnings that let us attend to problems before they become serious and threaten business.
We also manage purchases, installations and introductions of new systems – whether it is a new user computer or an enterprise system. Since we have a lot of clients with similar demands we have excellent relations with leading suppliers of computers, servers, backup systems, security products etc. which often makes it possible to arrange much better deals than available through traditional sales channels.
Support
User support is probably the most important function of all for the organization to be able to work efficiently and make full use of the IT systems. We offer support over telephone and on location, depending on the nature of the problem and what solves it most rapidly. We can also solve many problems immediately by remote control of the users' computers.
We handle all issues and questions from the users at our clients' companies. If for some reason we cannot solve a problem ourselves we make sure it is handled by the supplier in question. A user calling us with an IT-related problem never has to spend his or her own time chasing the right person and explaining the problem over and over. We use our relations to suppliers and experts to make sure the problem is promptly solved while the user can continue working on his or her assigned tasks.
